The OSCE Ministerial couldn"t find consensus on the Project of the Declaration on Ukraine. Sergey Lavrov has discussed the incidents at the Maidan,  Crash of Malaysian Boeing and system Problems of OSCE.   " The restoration of trust may be discussed only after investigation of all criminal actions- The tragedy of Maidan, incidents in Odessa and Mariopul, The Crash of Malaysian Boeing.  OSCE is the organization which gas monitoring mission in Ukraine and they should focus on that direction"- The Foreign Minister of Russia Stated.

The Foreign Minister of Germany called on Russia to  implement the responsibilities.   " All sides and Russia between them have to implement the Minsk Protocol. We don"t have the guarantees for the long lasting peace but this is the only way for avoiding the further escalation" - Frank-Walter Steinmeier underlined.

Pavlo Klimkin, The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine addressed the Ministerial and stated that ongoing events are the part of policy against European Security.
