The Deputy Spokesperson of the US State Department of State comments on the announcement of Vladimer Putin. Marie Harf says that Washington isn"t going to assess the speech of the President of Russia .
Marie Harf stated that that the crisis in relations between the US and Russia is a direct result of Russian activity into eastern Ukraine.
" This isn’t about the West. This is about the people of Ukraine, including Crimea, getting to pick who represents them and getting to pick their future, not having Russia pick it for them."- said the Deputy Spokesperson of the US State Department of State.
