The President of France states that there is no reason to deliver Mistral helicopter carriers to Russia at present.

Francois Hollande underlined that the French side will implement its contract, but for that Russia has to fulfill Minsk protocol. 

 After the meeting of  EU leaders in Brussels the President of France confirmed that Russian crew left France without the vessel.
