Russian Prime Minister  sees Ukraine as a potential military adversary, if a country applies for NATO membership. Dmitry Medvedev wrote on his "Facebook" page.

The Russian Prime Minister also criticized the US president because of legislative changes that entitle  Obama to  impose sanctions.

Medvedev said that this is an anti-Russian document that will have negative impact on the  relations between the two countries.
