The incident occurred near the hotel " Kiev" in Ukraine. Unidentified young man threw a grenade into the  group of  Ukrainian MPs. The First Deputy Chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament - Andrey Parubiy was between the members of the group.

 The Police tried to stop him but the attacker threw another grenade . One Policeman was injured.

The attacker managed to escape.
