A working group will start to work on so-called law on eavesdropping from next week.
Following the decision of the Constitutional Court, the legislature has a commitment to make decision on key of the law on eavesdropping.

NGOs believe that the State Security Service should not have the key. The parliamentary majority states that State Security Service should have access to the key.

" We carried out a study in December, reviewed models of other countries and now we are working o them. A working group will be created in January and we will work intensively with all interested parties, "- said Eka Beselia.
