Aleko Elisashvili, an independent MP speaks about liability of a former head of Tbilisi City Hall"s Architecture Department , Dimitri Mosulishvili.

According to the MP , the City Hall is totally corrupted and professional corrupt officials work there. " The Mayor"s brother is number one between them,"- said Aleko Elisashvili.

"There"s a 50-page report, which has 500-page enclosure, which confirms my statements. I oppose a corrupt man, Dimitri Mosulishvili, Vasil Maglapheridze"s brother in law. Vasil Maghlapheridze made a deal with Bidzima Ivanishvili for Mr. Mosulishvili"s appointment. He is a professional briber. He has stolen a half million GEl. Can you imagine, he gas proved that 10-story building had only 6-story,"- said Aleko Elisashvili.
