According to representatives of the civil society, the idea of returning the Parliament to Tbilisi contradicts the idea of equal development of the country.

"If they still make this decision and the Parliament will be moved from, it will be a very big mistake, because the public and have said the experts have said not once that the country`s sustainable development should be equal. The decision will depive the city of Kutaisi, as well as the whole region of the chance to develop," - said the chair of the organizatioN for Human rights and Education, Katie Berdzenishvili.
