The passengers travelling from Zugdidi to Tbilisi had to stay for several hours in the train without electricity and heating. The train was stopped in Zestafoni .

Passengers contacted the Courier for help and provided the video footage shot by the passengers. According to them, the train stopped at three different stations, after which he was tied to a locomotive. At the end, the passengers were taken to another train.

The train arrived in Tbilisi with a 5-hour delay. Georgian Railways claim that the passengers had to wait hours only for an hour.
