Shareholders of the so -called " Children"s World" make a scandalous statement. According to them, fire may be linked to the business interests.

As they say, owner of 41% of shares- Dimitri Abdushelishvili had his own plans in regard to the buildings and was trying to appropriate it with the director"s help.
" There should be a fire, or they would have to buy shares. We refused to sell him shares. We did not trust Machavariani, ad the person, who wanted to buy them has never contacted us personally. Everything is possible. Maybe Machavariani does not know anything , but it was in their interests to capture this territory,"- said Tengiz Loladze.

The shareholders also say that Mr. Abdushelishvili has registered his shares in an offshore zone.
