Director of "EU Investment" , who has purchased shares of Rustavi nitrogen factory reportedly has business ties with the former Georgian Prime Minister- Bidzina Ivanishvili.

Between their businesses is a factory of bitcoins.

Ephrem Urumashvili denies Bidzina Ivanishvili"s involvement in his business in Rustavi.

" In this particular case I do not have any relationship with Ivanishvili, this is erroneous and false information. This person does not have interests in this business,"- said Urumashvili.
