The prosecutor`s office denied the information that the so-called cyanide case is linked to the attempt of poisoning of the Patriarch or a high-ranking cleric. In the interview with Rustavi2, the head of the Public and Media Relations Department, Natia Sukhiashvili said that at the press conference a few days ago, the chief prosecutor did not talk about the high hierarchy cleri`s murder, and he could not understand on what basis politicians made such statements.

"When the chief prosecutor ended reading the text of the briefing , the reporters asked whether "this person could be Ilia II, to which the chief prosecutor answered that he had not mentioned anywhere that this was the patriarch," - said Natia Sukhiashvili.
