So-called Cyanide scandal - Modified versions


The so-called Cyanide scandal - The Prosecutors" Office ruled out today that Giorgi Mamaladze was planning murder of a cleric.
The Prosecutors’ Office announced on February 13 that information, reported by Rustavi2 about detainment of cleric was true.

In a few minutes almost the whole government, including the Prime Minister was talking about prevention of the gravest crime. The ruling party has congratulated the country and underlined, that the Patriarch"s life and health is not endangered.

Today, the majority members explain their announcements made 3 days ago. They state that they did not mean the Patriarch while speaking about the attempt of poisoning. Giorgi Kvirikashvili, the PM of Georgia also underlined that he is waiting for investigation results.
After the PM, the parliamentary majority member also made new announcements. They have changed their version and tone.

The Prosecutors’" Office made a new announcement at the end of the day . They changed the version once again. Now they do not rule out that new recipients may be revealed in a crime.
