The Ombudsman is planning to study in detail the statements made by the investigative agency and high- ranking officials on the so-called cyanide case. He believes that statements made in the last few days have violated the defendant`s presumption of innocence.

Ombudsman calls on the prosecutors to further publicize details of the case and abolish the obligation taken by the defense not to reveal invormation.
