The Trial of Dzokhar Tsarnaev who was accused of carrying out the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing starts today. 21 year-old Tsarnaev with his brother were accused. He can face the death penalty if he will be convicted. But his lawyers say that Dzokhar Tsarnaev was fulfilling the assignment  and this should be taken into the consideration. The elder brother was shot during the special operation on the second day after bombing.

Three people died in the blast in Boston, in 2013. more than 300  were wounded.
