Archbishop Dimitri , a head of the Patriarchate’s News Service speaks about the Patriarch"s video address, which has been recorded during Ilia II"s stay in Berlin.

According to the Archbishop Dimitri, editing Patriarch Ilia II"s video was agreed with him.
