"Father Giorgi`s testimony will clear up the situation for the public and investigation," - Mikheil Ramishvili

Deacon GIorgI Mamaladze is expected to be questioned tomorrow. According to the lawyers, the testimony will radically change the investigation`s version. The attorneys of the accused cleric ask for the quarantees of the security of his family,while the prison cell is under a 24-hour audio-video monitoring.

Lawyers said they had information that the cell under video control and this decision was taken by the prisson authorities.

"We appealed to the President, the Prime Minister and primarily to the Public Defender to provide for Father Giorgi a safe environment. In accordance , an appropriate decisionwas taken. Father Giorgi`s testimony will clear up the situation for the public and investigation whether he was attempting to murder of Shorena Tetruashvili , "- said lawyer Mikheil Ramishvili.

Public Defender commented on the case and said that the Father Giorgi`s health condition was stable and he wasready to testify to the investigation.
