Thirty citizens of Georgia deported from Israel returned back to Georgia last night. They told the Courier they they were not given any explainations regarding the reasons for the deportation and f their documents were not checked.
Thirty civilians, including women, were taken to the deportation prison in Israel upon their arrival and as they say they were kept for three days in unbearable conditions. They were visited by the representative of the Georgian consulate.
Deportees are planning to hold a protest rally at the Israeli Embassy tomorrow. They also demand from the government the explainations why they were not able to visit Isarael.
