Representatives of the Prosecutor"s Office have arrived to the so-called Matrosov  prison. They will question Father Giorgi. Lawyers of the Deacon are also there.

The defense claims that the truth radically differs from the version, which has been voiced. They don’t rule out that delay of the interrogation may be linked with this and it raises additional questions.

The Prosecutors" Office accuses the defense of speculation . Jarji Tsiklauri, a prosecutor, claims that lawyers managed artificial uproar, as if questioning is  artificially prolonged.

" If the testimony was so important for the lawyer, He could question the accused himself and present the testimony to investigation,"- said Jarji Tsiklauri.

As Mr. Tsiklauri states. Father Giorgi has refused to be questioned for several times.

He named  different facts to avoid participation in the investigation.

The prosecutor said the Deacon has been offered to testify for five times, However he refused.

" They could question him themselves. Why they did not do it? It shows that this is just speculation,"- said Jarji Tsiklauri.

Father Giorgi Mamaladze was detained two weeks ago. Almost a week ago he said that he is ready to give testimony.
