Rustavi 2 lawyers havelearned today that Kibar Khalvashi`s lawyer appealed to the Supreme Court and asked to recuse three judges, who have handed over the case to the Grand Chamber. These judges are Ekaterine Gasitashvili, Paata Katamadze and Vissarion Alavidze.

As the lawyer said, the collegium members have determined for the board members of the Grand Chamber what issues to focus on in their consideration of the case.

"Such a thing, as a rule, has never happened, when the case would be handed over to the Grand Chamber it wa salways said that that this was a significant problem. It should be discussed by the Grand Chamber.This 3-member collegium composition, to some extent, outlined the borders, which, so to speak, should be the topic of discussion of the Chamber and the Grand Chamber is not limited in reality in its deliberations , "- said Paata Salia.
