Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic became first female President of Croatia. She won 50.54 percent of the vote while her opponent- Ivo Josipovic won 49.46 percent, the state election commission said.
The acting president admitted defeat.
The inauguration will be held in Zagreb in February.
