Armenian city of Gyumri in preparing for the next rally. Locals demand the surrender of the Russian military, who is suspected of murdering the Avetisyan 6-member family.
The Russian Defense Ministry"s special commission has already completed the process of to studing the facts in Gyumri base 102. However,the suspect, Valery Permiakov still remains at the base. The Russian side is not going to transfer him to Armenia, which the local population protests against.
A similar rally was held in Yerevan yesterday.
