EU High Representative, Federica Mogherini offers the EU countries to restore relations with Russia in economy, trade, global diplomacy in case Moscow takes sequential steps for settling the Ukrainian crisis.
This is stated in the letter which has been sent to the governments of the Member States of the European Union in the name of Federica Mogherini.
The meeting of the EU foreign ministers is scheduled in Brussels next week, where they might revise the relations with Russia on such issues as Iran, Syria, North Korea and other global problems.
