The Russian Foreign Ministry has commented on the situation in Ukraine. The Russian foreign ministry accused the Ukrainian side in the conflict and calls on the fulfillment of Minsk agreement. It also said that Russia is ready to contribute to the maintenance of the ceasefire.

"Despite the contentious issues, Russia supports the withdrawal of heavy weapons from the buffer zone. At the same time, the Russian side is ready to use its influence and persuade the rebels to accept this offer, as a sign of good will, in order not to increase the victims in the civilian population, "- says the statement.
