Our relations with Russia can only change if all commitments that were taken in Minsk are implemented ," -said Federica Mogherini, the EU High Representative for International Affairs and Security Policy.
She also noted that the strategic debates do not mean the change in the direction of the EU"s relations with Russia. Mogherini added that "those who were waiting for the differences of opinions, would be frustrated."
German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier made a statement on the Russia-Ukraine conflict, and has noted that in the light of violence now happening in Ukraine, the European Union representatives have come to conclusion the current sanctions against Russia should be continued.
The EU is not going to abolish the sanctions - this is the joint position of EU foreign ministers.
Delegation of the Land Forces of the United Statesis going to visit Ukraine this week. They will study the situation and to discuss the issue of assistance to Ukraine"s armed forces.
