After the infant"s death , the last member of the family Avetisyan, the government takes special security measures in Gyumri. Internal troops have already been deployed there. The Russian Embassy in Armenia issued a message of condolences on the death of Seriozha Avetisyan and said that the guilty will be punished. The statement was only released one week after the tragedy only when Vladimir Putin expressed his condolences to the Armenia.

On the orders of Putin the head of Russia"s Investigative Committee Alexander Bastirking, has arrived in Armeniat to lead the investigation process. 6-month-old Seriozha Avetisyan will be buried tomorrow.
