Eliava market traders do not have the hope of compensation for damages caused by the fire.

The victims said after the meeting held in the City Hall.

Only 7 traders and trade center director attended the meeting.

Today the victims were able to enter the territory of the automobile market only after confrontation with the police. As a result of the fire, 30 shops were burned down completly, due to fire and water impacts, up to 100 objects were damaged.

Traders do not rule out theft facts in the building. They are dissatisfied with the process of investigation.

The owner of the market is insured for 750 thousand GEL. However, whether the money from the compensation will be given to traders is unknown.

The Mayor of Tbilisi, Davit Narmania, did not meet the victims after the fire on Eliava market.
