Former owner of Elit Electronics, Anzor Kokoladze blames the government for protecting Mamuka Khazaradze.

The businessman says that seven years ago, former government officials and TBC Bank took control of Elit Electronics. Kokoladze has been demanding the return of the company transferred to the TBC Bank and be granted the victim status. Kokoladze accuses the current government of delaying the case and protecting the criminal scheme.

Anzor Kokoladze appealed to the government and relevant agencies at the special briefing together with the Public Defender today to demand a timely investigation. The company Elit Electronics`s case came in a number of reports of the ombudsman.

As for TBC Bank, the company`s lawyers s assess the allegation of the patronage from the government as absurd. The lawyer claims that Kokoladze is not a victim because Elit Electronics violated the loan conditions with the bank and processes were in compliance with the law.
