The European Court has elected Lado Chanturia, the Georgian Ambassador to Germany as the judiciary candidate. A Justice Minister has made an announcement at the briefing.

"Lado Chanturia is considered as a judiciary candidate for Strasbourg. The government has received a report of the Advicory Panel. Lado Chanturia successfully continues the competition ,"- states Tea Tsulukiani.

According to the Justice Minister, two other candidates - Sophio Japaridze and Shota Getsadze have good indicators as well. However according to strict requirements of the Strasbourg authorities, these candidates are too young and have brief judicial experience.
