Russian-backed separatists have bombed the residential quarter of a retirement home in Lugansk. Gennady Moskal, has confirmed the information. Moskal claims that the village of Valuyskoe has been attacked with "Grad" weapons and artilery.
Seven houses have been damaged in the attack along with the ill-fated "Hope" nursing home.
