The Metropolitan of Baghdati and Vani Eparchy is blamed by owners of the Bivine company in financial machinations and misappropriation of 48 thousand GEL.

"The company is headed by Anton`s friend Mamuka Darjania, a close friend. He is a former clergyman. During this period, somewhere in September-October, the cash was withdrawn from the company gradually and the demand was that the Bishop needed these funds. In total 38 thousand GEL was withdrawn. In addition to this, the Bishop requested 10 000 GEL which we took in Constanta Bank as a loan. In total, the amount went up to 48 thousand GEL. He convinced me that he would return 15 thousand lari, but asked me for 10% of my interest, "-said Nana Kerelashvili, one of the owner of the company Bivine.

According to the statement of the company`s lawyer, Zviad Todua, the Prosecutor`s Office did not investigate the case based on the complaint of Nana Kerelashvili and her husband, because the other side was a clergyman of high hierarchy.
