Policemen accused of killing the son of Poti Majoritarian MP were dismissed from work. Current acting inspectors have been accused of abuse of power and negligence. They were dismissed on the basis of the Court`s decision following the request of the Prosecutor`s Office today.

On May 16-17, the prosecutor"s office found them guilty guilty only three months after the incident at Gori tunnel.

According to the lawyer, patrol inspectors disagree with the accusation. The attorney claimed that the patrols" purpose was to stop Kakhubia`s car.

Gori court will start investigating the guilt of patrol inspectors from October 2. Before that they were released in exchange for a 1000-lari bail.
