Russian telephone hooligans Vovan and Lexus called Mikheil Saakashvili, former governor of Odessa and talked with him on behalf of the deputy head of Poroshenko administration. Speaking to the Prancers, Saakashvili gave an ultimatum to the Poroshenko administration and demanded the return of citizenship.

Mikheil Saakashvili also threatened that they would regret this decision bitter. The hooligans claim that they had been calling Saakashvili on the name of the Ukrainian authorities before.
