Elene Khoshtaria, the mayoral candidate from European Georgia spoke about construction of the eight-storey building on Nutsubidze Street today. According to her, only low-rise buildings are permissible on the spot. However the construction company Archi Group is connected to Kakhi Kaladze, the leader of Georgian Dream, and that is why the City Hall approved the construction.

Elene Khoshtaria blames Kakhi Kaladze for betraying the electorate in the pre-election period.

"It"s very easy to understand that the Minister of Energy has taken advantage of his position. It demonstrates that we should understand that the person who wants to control the whole city, seize the city"s governance, just lies to us in the pre-election period, "Khoshtaria said.
