The sanctions against Russia  are expected to be prolonged for  2 months. The MPs  will take a final decision in a few hours. However, the report of the   monitoring committee has already been published. The report confirms that the committee supported sanctions against Moscow.

 Russia is mobilizing supporters for the second day at the Assembly. Kremlin hopes that the decision will be changed . 

Between the causes of sanctions are annexation of Crimea, ongoing events in Ukraine and occupation of Georgian territories in 2008. The last cause was proposed by UNM.
