The members of the parliamentary majority responded to the decision of the City Court regarding the case against Eliso Kiladze`s son Davit Kharshiladze. The ruling team think that court and law enforcement agencies are free from political interference, which is confirmed by Kharshiladze`s acquittal verdict.

"Whoever talks today that the court is politicized, such decisions will directly answer that it is not. The main thing here is that if the court is a political instrument, then what is this decision. Such a decision means that the court is not controlled. Otherwise we will never be able to get acquittal decision for any opponent, as we never twitnessed such decisions at the time of Saakashvili`s regime, "- Eka Beselia said.

According to the parliamentary majority, the process of justice in the country is developing in the right direction.
