Merab Ghoghoberidze, who was accused of organizing a disorder on March 11-12, was expelled by the judge from the hall. According to the judge, the reason was 

the offence of the witness.

Merab Ghoghoberidze called one of the main witnesses, the director of the Adjara Police Department, a liar at the trial. At the meeting Gogoberidze was given a warning, but later he was forced to leave the hall.

Lasha Gogniashvili was interrogated for the first time at the trial.
