Irakli Kobakhidze offers the president to use the veto in regard to leaving the possibilities of bonus and one-time blocks.

"We will act within our authorization, without any positioning. This is our offer to use the veto right in regard to these two issues. We hope that that the president will have a constructive position,"- states Irakli Kobakhidze.

The parliamentary majority says they have received a very good constitution. They welcome Irakli Kobakhidze"s offer.
