The leader of the Democratic Movement, Nino Burjanadze responded to the tragic events of September 24, the day of the fall of Sokhumi. According to her, the government has not taken any steps to unite the country and solve the problem.

"The families of the victims see that the aim of their children and the dream of their children to live in united Georgia is still not implemented, practically none of the governments has done anything.
