Representatives of the patrol police are mobilized in the Tbilisi City Council, where a confrontation between supporters of the opposition and "Georgian Dream" took place a while ago.

Representatives of the City Council"s Security Service have been trying to neutralize the tension. The Patrol Police officers joined them a few minutes ago.

Jaba Jishkariani, member of the faction "Georgian Dream-Democratic Georgia" made a statement regarding the arrival of the police.

"I think you know why we called the police. The City Council building is not a place for shows. The police serve the state and people,"- Jaba Jishkariani said.
