Father Giorgi Mamaladze"s lawyers to be questioned at Prosecutor"s Office fin connection with publicized materials

Giorgi Mamaladze"s lawyer Mikheil Ramishvili is to arrive at the Prosecutor"s Officeat 12:00 today . During the day, other attorneys are expected in the investigative department.

The case is related to dissemination of testimonies given by the witnesses at the closed court hearings in media outlets. The prosecutor"s office started investigation after the publication of Shorena Tetruashvili"s testimonyin the Saturday"s Courier. The defense side evaluates the investigation as a pressure on them.

"If the Prosecutor"s Office has claims that the investigation in Georgia is objective, they should start the investigation with itheir employees and Besik Bugianishvili and then come to us," -Giorgi Pantsulaia said.
