Members of the Holy Synod gather in the Patriarchate.
The meeting has been appointed suddenly. This is the first session of the Holy Synod since the verdict on the so-called Cyanide Case.

Issues which are on the agenda are a secret, but according to reports the issue of the Bishop Petre may be discussed.

The Metropolitan of Poti and Khobi Grigoli suggests that the meeting may not be attended by all members of the Holy Synod because the session was appointed unexpectedly.

"It seems that many members will not attend a sitting of Synode. It seems to be a special case a. Let"s see what will say the Patriarch, "said Metropolitan of Poti and Khobi Grigol.

The Secretary of the Catholicos-Patriarch of Georgia does not speak about the details of the meeting.
