The issue of Georgia was discussed in Warsaw at Bucharest nine foreign ministers` format.
A joint statement at the meeting says that the parties will strengthen political dialogue and cooperation with Georgia in order to support territorial integrity, independence, sovereignty and legitimate aspirations.
Polish Foreign Minister Witold Waszczykowski said that the sides discussed NATO summit and security issues in the region. Witold Waszczykowski emphasized Russian-Belarusian military exercises, which, according to him, caused destabilization in the region.
The need to fulfill the decisions made at the Warsaw Summit last year.was once again emphasized.
According to the Polish Foreign Minister, the defense capabilities of the region should be increased, with the background of a dialogue with Russia.
