Independent Mayoral Candidate Aleko Elisashvili is convinced that "Georgian Dream" is preparing for falsification of self-government elections. As Aleko Elisashvili said at the special briefing, this was the reason that the CEC refused to meet any of his requests.

It is about request of the independent mayoral candidate to prevent fraud in the polling stations by using a simple technical program.

"We were asking to give possibility to our observers to be able to verify the voter who arrived at each polling station in the electronic list using a simple program on the phone, on the computer to prevent the issue of notorious carousels, "- said Aleko Elisashvili.

According to him, the refusal from the CEC means that the government will rig the elections because it is afraid of the second round and knows that it will not be able to win the required number of votes. According to Elisashvili, "Georgian Dream" will not win the second round.
