Official Tbilisi assesses the visit of "foreign minister" of the so-called South Ossetia to Italy as a private person`s visit.

According to the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, the official Rome is a strong supporter of Georgia`s territorial integrity, and Dimitri Mediev`s meetings in Italy will not be official.

According to the occupation regime, the Minister of Foreign Affairs is working on expanding international contacts and is traveling to Italy at the invitation of the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the province Pezaro e Urbino.

"Italy is a strong supporter of our country"s territorial integrity, it has been observed repeatedly. Visit of this person in Italy can be evaluated as a private visit , "- Vakhtang Makharoblishvili, Deputy Foreign Minister said.
