Irakli Khmaladze likely to be Vice-Mayor of Tbilisi - Kakha Kaladze prepares for staff changes in City Hall

Newly elected Mayor of Tbilisi has already announced staff and structural changes. The names of the specific persons have not been identified by Kakhi Kaladze, but reportedly the former deputy Ministers of the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Environment are being named.

Irakli Khmaladze, the Former Deputy Energy Minister, who is currently a member of Kakha Kaladze"s election headquarters, is expected to be the next vice-mayor. But he says he has not received an offer yet.
