"Democratic Movement-Free Georgia " has received a refusal from the Mtatsminda DEC on a recount of ballot papers .
The ballot papers of the 13th polling station have been sealed  in the presence of the investigator and will be open only by the court decision.

Nino Burjanadze and her teammates plan to appeal to the Court after receiving the official refusal from the District Election Commission .

"The police will decide whether or not hethey will lounch a criminal case. , "Kakha Kukava said.
