Giorgi Mghebrishvili should be interrorated on Beka Khakhubia"s case- Zviad Kuprava, the head of the Center for Reforms of the Law Enforcement Center addressed the Chief Prosecutor"s Office with this statement.

According to Kuprava, several hours before the tragedy, 21-year-old Beka Khakhubia was released from detention after the illegal order of the Interior Minister.
