The attorney of Paata Pavliashvili, who died during the detainment operation a few days ago, is at the Prosecutor"s Office. Levan Vepkhvadze will study the case materials. He is with the family members of the deceased.

The attorney requested the Prosecutor"s Office to recognize the deceased"s family as a victim. It is not yet known what will be the decision of the investigative body.
