More than 200 individuals detained on charges of terrorism

Turkish law enforcers have detained more than 200 people on charges of terrorism. According to the law enforcement agencies, detainees are accused of having links with "Islamic State". Special operations have been held in Ankara and Istanbul.

Last night, law enforcers searched 14 different locations in Istanbul and detained 82 suspects.

According to the investigation, most of them are foreigners, which were going to travel from Turkey to ISIS camps in Syria and Iraq. A large-scale operation was conducted in Ankara and its surroundings.
